    Hi there

    We are very interested in buying in the next Hamilton Park phase.

    The houses seem to be a high quality finish and transport links are decent.

    Would love to hear the thoughts of people who live there, or didnt buy there, or who live nearby, on the development itself, whether there are good amenities near by or whether theres any big red flags that we haveny considered yet as we are first time buyers and new to the area!!

    Any and all help appreciated!

    Hi I can’t post the link but if you search for “new houses in Diswellstown Castleknock” on the ask about money website, there is a 35 page thread all about Hamilton Park (and the neighboring Diswellstown Manor). It might take a while but it’s worth reading through. We reserved a house in the last phase and found that thread really helpful.
