Yep it is him. Fairytale was one of my favourite winners along with Satellite from Germany.

Good Evening all. It's Eurovision night once again. I heard that we are 3rd favourite to win it last night which is great news. Have the odds changed considerably since the final aired live? For the songs my favourite song so far is Estonia. Portugal's entry had a nice tone to it.
