    stupid boy. not your toy.

Could have put any musical effect to it and it would have won. Just another #me too fad.

next year we should submit one titled, "you're damn right you're not my toy, you silly fat tart". See how it goes down.

Lot of ignorance about Israel on here, homosexuality legalized in 1988 and “sodomy” in 1993. Jerusalem and tel-aviv are very modern, diverse cities and I’m sure they’ll put on a great show and all visitors will be subject to great hospitality.

As for Palestine, politics is nothing to do with Eurovision.

    Disagree. Ukraine 2016 anyone?

I wonder if Israel will choose Tel Aviv or Jerusalem for next year's Eurovision.

Puts things into perspective when you read some of the disgusting posts on this thread

Yep, police have taken him or her down, thankfully. Some awful stuff posted on this thread. Hope that some of these posters are posting under the influence.

She whinged about her weight and struggles with it and body shaming in every interview I saw. Which are terrible things but I got the impression it was being milked which is far worse
    Wut ?

Opera, the poshest form of music, is practically defined as "the show ain't over 'till the fat lady sings"

Next year is a great opportunity to bring BDS out into a truly public forum. Like it or not, the Eurovision has a huge audience globally, certainly in the western world anyway. This is a perfect opportunity to highlight just how truly Israel has become an apartheid state.

Would put money on them hosting this in Jerusalem. Almost guaranteed..

    Lyrics of TOY
    English (Original)
Look at me, I'm a beautiful creature
    I don’t care about your modern-time preachers
Welcome boys, too much noise, I will teach you
Pam pam pa hoo, Turram pam pa hoo

Hey, I think you forgot how to play
    My teddy bear's running away
The Barbie got something to say: Hey! Hey! Hey!
Hey! My "Simon says" leave me alone
    I'm taking my Pikachu home
You're stupid just like your smart phone

Wonder woman, don't you ever forget
You're divine and he's about to regret
    His baka-bakum, bak-bak bakumbai…

    I’m not your toy
    You stupid boy
    I'll take you down
    I'll make you watch me
    Dancing with my dolls
    On the MadaBaka Beat
    Not your toy!

    A-A-A-Ani Lo buba!
Don't you go and play with me boy!
    A-A-A-Ani Lo buba!
Don't you go and play… Shake!
Kulului, Kulului, Ah, wedding bells ringing
Kulului, Kulului, Ah, money man bling-bling
I don't care about your 'stefa', baby
Pam pam pa hoo, Turram pam pa hoo

Wonder woman, don't you ever forget
You're divine and he's about to regret
    His baka-bakum…bak-bak bakumbai…

    I’m not your toy
    You stupid boy
    I'll take you down
    I'll make you watch me
    Dancing with my dolls
    On the MadaBaka Beat
    Not your toy

Is the silly pam pam pahoo or whatever the f*ck is was not exactly lifted from a Lady Gaga song?

Fúck off with the 'diversity' nonsense.

    1. Are you tone deaf with that's going on in your part of the world, love?

    2. You didn't win because people embraced the 'diversity' of you being fat (which isn't diversity by the way, FFS). Christ.

Shock horror. The song with 20m views online before the contest won the popular vote.

Steaming pile of shít. Plenty of 'Eurovisiony' songs a whole lot better this year than that tripe.

Apologies I didn't realise that so dash called Islamic State claimed responsibility, thought it might have been a looper seeing as the fake news network normally say IS is well funded, if their funds are a chap with a knife there's not much in their armory so to speak :D

The so-called Islamic State group has claimed responsibility for the attack.

Israel is one of the most uptight countries in the world when it comes to security. All the artists and delegates will be safe.

It doesnt matter where its held it doesnt have to be in the hosts capital city.

    I kinda like it, sorry.

Anyway, the same kind of song rarely wins two years in a row. Last year was all earnestness and this year, eh, isn't

Same here! Cant get rid of the tune in my head. My 4 year old has been singing and dancing to this for the last 48 hrs. She is goona be thrilled when she watches recording in the morning Have been following this thread all evening and whilst I personally was rooting for Austria, I think Israel doesnt quite deserve all the bad press its getting. Roll on 2019 unless we are boycotting! ;-)

Good music to me is melodic, talented singing (not autotuned crap), catchy and lyrics that are wrote from the heart. Israel's 'Toy' was definitely none of that bar catchy. Songs that are just catchy tend to be on my most hated songs list.

Do you want the destruction of Israel?

I would like Israel to be held to account. Just like any other state would be. Not to be protected by good old Uncle Sam every single time. Killing children, killing peaceful protesters, Jesus Christ even killing a man with no legs for the audacity to wave a Palestinian flag from his wheelchair. Now there is a real opportunity to highlight these injustices, and I await the momentum that will inevitably come in the lead up to The Eurovision next year..
