Broadband not working

    Hi there my eir broadband is out of action. There's no dsl light on modem. I tried a hard reset but this made no difference. Can someone from eir have a look at this?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us. Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your service. we are currently experiencing issues with our service as a result of Monday's storm. You can find more information on this on the below link;
