    Hi guys,

    I was a Meteor customer and recently upgraded with Eir. When I log in to My Eir, it states that my mobile number is no longer active however, this is working fine. This is preventing me from being able to view my bills. Would you be able to advise how I can resolve this?

    Hi Island89,

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. If your number is active you shouldn't have any problems logging in so this seems a bit strange. If you PM me your number, PIN and full name I'll look into this for you.
