Currently have 3 recessed downlighters operating from a 2 gang switch and would like to change the lighting to a LED alternative strip .

Can this be done in the current setup to connect these into lighting circuit as we have it?

    any recommendations on make/type?

    thank you

    Perhaps over complicated this scenario.

In room have a switch which turns on thee down lights. I would like to stop using the down lights and replace this with a LED strip or such. Would it be possible to use existing wiring from the light switch to the lights as they are now.
Can the likes or a led transformer be wired into the wire coming from the switch as it is now. Thank you

Ye it should be possible from what your saying. Once you have your L+N+E at each lighting point you just need your led light and correct transformer.
