Aspire EVO75 Kit Advice

I just got an aspire evo75 kit today to try give up cigarettes. I am just trying to get used to it at the minute with all the settings. I am currently using it at around 15 watts with the preinstalled 0.4ohm coil. I am just wondering if it is ok to use it at that setting? Also if there is any other advice for using this kit?

On a 0.4ohm coil I would say it would be better suited to 30/40 watts, but if you are happy with it at 15 then by all means continue.

If you are just starting to vape a coil of 1.0ohm or higher might suit you better if you find the 0.4ohm too strong.

Would i be able to get a 1ohm coil suitable for my tank?
What watt wouod you use for a 1ohm coil.
Sorry for all the questions its just alot when just starting out but didnt like those thrwo away ones.

Recommended wattage is usually written on the coils.
