Can a Patkas MADRAS Sauce be stretched with a can CoConut milk ?

    Don't see why not - Indian cooking does use coconut milk quite a lot as well, and it might be a really nice way to mellow down a madras a bit.

    You could also use natural yoghurt.

    I always use coconut milk with Patak's korma paste. I don't know about using it with the ready-made sauce, it'd probably mellow the taste quite a bit
