Council fees new build Kildare

Hi all, Anyone have any info regarding fees/costs to the council when applying for and building a new property in Kildare? Many thanks

All depending of size. If you build up to 230 square meters you pay 50 Euro per square meter, 56 Euro above this.

We built 4 years ago, 283sqm (3050 sqf) and paid around 20000 euro. Now it looks like the Development Contribution would be: 15 848 Euro, so it has gone down it looks like. Still mad money!!
