Hi, I bought a hisense 58 from yourselves last year and I was wondering what is covered under the 6 year warranty? My son threw a remote at the screen and it's damaged.

    Hi Fish Fingers.

Really sorry to hear that :(

Unfortunately our guarantee does not cover accidental damage. Perhaps your home insurance might cover you on this.

We only cover faults with the TV, including parts and labour.

That's OK Kenny, it was yourself I bought it from. Tks for the prompt reply, very helpful service as always.

    Hey Fish Finger.

We could look at getting it repaired for you but usually with a smash it is the whole panel which needs replaced which can be costly.

As all our repairs go back to the manufacturer I would not know the cost for this without speaking to Hisense first but they usually always need the TV for evaluation before they agree to pricing.
