Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I think it's because the harwdware is pretty much identical to the Mi Box 3. But it is updated software.
    And a few other small bits.
    It should drop in price at black friday and if going for a mi box, I would go for that one.
    The reviews I read a stuck on the hardware, which is fair enough, but they haven't really gone into the firmware, updates and comparing it side by side.
    For the same money, I'd go for that one (out of the two).

    Was on the lookout for an updated chromecast with bluetooth support. Never got released.

    Came across the above clip for the Mi Box S, has chromecast ultra builtin!

    Android TV has Google cast and Google assistant built in, same on the a Shield or any other box running official Android TV

    Aware that Android TV, has chromecast builtin, but unaware that they support 4K like the Ultra!

    Yes certified for both YouTube and Netflix. The Shield also has Amazon Prime in 4k not sure how much content there is though.
