Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Big game for both teams. Spurs have been looking very impressive lately, and Liverpool have generally played well but not been able to put away the chances to win. Both teams have only lost 1 league game this season.

Spurs have generally been the better team over the last few seasons, but haven't beaten Liverpool in 10 games which is a surprising statistic. Liverpool also haven't lost a game in October (league anyhow, not sure about overall) since the owl himself was in charge 7 years ago. There is a good chance of that changing today though as Spurs are a very good an dangerous side.

I'll go for a reasonably cagey 1-1 again though. Nothing like a good seat on the fence.

3-1 to liverpool Salah to rip them apart. Wembley should have a lot of red in it today!

    High scoring draw 3-3

I go with 2-0 to spurs. Kane is looking good at the monent and don't see the pool defense stopping him.

I'll predict the width of the pitch will turn out not to be of any importance

I fear that spurs will batter us senseless much like man city did once mane was sent off.

I'm hoping the have a hangover from midweek CL while also hoping we don't. Maribor result shouldn't go to our players heads IMO as maribor are brutal.... you never know with us though.

A loss today would put us in a poor enough position I think after 9 games. When the going gets tough we rarely get going....

Heart hopes Kane scores a couple to try and keep up with the aguros of this world.

Have to fancy Spurs today. Form is better and Kane is on fire.

As bad as all as we are in defence, I don't see us shipping more than 2 but can we score 3? We'll have to create like 50 chances to do that.
    Still think we will win.

I think we'll play a bit more reserved again today with our FBs holding.
Hopefully Can will push forward now and again to keep 'em honest.
    0-2.

Spurs have been one of Liverpool's lucky teams for long time. Long may it continue.

    Milner starts.

    Good call.

    Though Gini is a miss.

I think Klopp got the midfield correct ......... Wij can't play #6 and I reckon Milner will be tasked with getting at spurs along the right flank in Mane's absence.

    Good lineup Mr Klopp

Although wij's injury might have forced him this way, regardless.

Liverpool had the far easier midweek task, Spurs left plenty in Madrid, but you feel with the leagues most lethal player up front they won't need as many chances to convert one or two.

2-2 for me. Should be entertaining.

I can't figure out Spurs' formation. One CM?

Looks like a sort of 5-1-3-1 unless Erikson drops deeper and they play 5-2-3. Be interesting to see how it works

Yeah was looking at that and it's a big wide pitch, Liverpool have pace out wide and now there will be holes through the middle. I fancy Liverpool to do damage in this one. I'm expecting a high scoring game too.

    From twitter:
Looks like Aurier LWB, Trippier RWB and a midfield diamond for Spurs in the warmups - Winks deep, Son just off Kane #coys #TOTLIV

Good to see England's best and most naturally gifted striker on the Liverpool bench.

It's the same width as majority of the premier league pitches.

Tough competition for the europa spot with Arsenal and Newcastle having a decent start

Liverpool need something here if they are to compete with them
