Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lets get the next one and see what happens.

    Concede 2 more within 5 mins, I'd guess! :(

Moving inevitably in the same way any thread involving one of united or Liverpool does.
    Usual tit for tat bull****.
I'm amazed so many still get so riled up when fans of one or the other comment when they're losing. You know it's coming yet so many bite. Then both retreat to their own threads and start claiming moral high grounds over the fans of the other when they're both guilty of exactly the same behaviour.

We have 32 goals in all our games so far this season in all competitions. Scoring is not a problem. We can afford to alter our approach and keep games tight, block of 4 was required today, we played with 2 at back and Gomez and Moreno up supporting Salah and Countino.
It's naive away from home against a good side like Spurs with an in form Hurricane Harry Kane in full flight.

Not many neutrals were "LOL'ing" at Spurs' poor defensive goal conceded though, that seems to be saved for Liverpool's poor defensive goals conceded.

In fact, I'm beginning to wonder how neutral these neutrals are!

I am not one to "lol" but I imagine the intent of it is to reiterate the fact that this Liverpool defence is a parody at times. "A gift that keeps on giving"

If it was a one off, maybe you have a point but it is a recurring theme.

Liverpool goal was hardly due to shocking Spurs defending either.

And, no, by now, it is pretty clear a lot of posters on here are Utd fans and nothing wrong with them having a laugh at Liverpool's expense. It is part and parcel of football.

Ox doesn't run till it suits him.

He strangely enough isn't a klopp type player

I really hope we're searhing high and low for a center back in January, said before the game the center halves would let us down today, everyone knew it before the start of the year. So painful to watch

Liverpool fans aren't a single entity. Pointless question.

It wasn't a pointless question if you saw the context. I was replying to someone saying same personnel with Rafa in terms of defending better.

United fans cheering spurs in this thread are gas men considering they would be level with us on points and even over-take us if they put a hockey score on Pool

Agreed apart from the fact that both sets of fans will always want to see the other team lose and the fact that United aren't competing with Spurs, City or even Chelsea this year. It's Liverpool, Arsenal & whoever else is playing for 4/5/6/7 in the league.

That's the reality of it regardless of what people would like to be the case.

Why would you expect anything less? Look at the Huddersfield thread.

    Lol

NO CB will be good enough to play the way Klopp does. Can't play way he wants in this league.

We have so much going on up front that if we kept a clean sheet we'd win every game.

I wouldn't go that far now seeing as just last week it was Liverpool 0-0 Man U ;)

Rumours floating about that Carragher is going to do a Scholes and come out of retirement in January.

It's bizarre all the united fans cheering for Spurs...surely them winning isn't good for the title aspirations??

Another keeper gaff. When things go wrong for Liverpool at the back, it really goes wrong.

We'll never be perfect but better center backs would help

Firmino the only one doing any defending there, and the actual defenders let us down. Fcuking clowns, tired of this ****.

I've all ready said, he's our best defender, in fact maybe our only defensively minded player.
    Pathetic from the rest.

Time to burn everyone (players/coaches) involved in the keepers and defenders. Two years and no improvement in either area.

Forget the goal. Kane has never had an easier game in open play.

Moreno has no idea where he's supposed to be, and neither does his CB partner, and neither does our DM shield, whoever that is supposed to be. Kane has acres to run into down that inside right channel. Every time.
