South Africa absolutley awful, national embarrassment levels. Defense undone by two kicks in behind and very nearly concede a 3rd try less than 10 minutes in.

They have enough quality players to still be a force by 2019 with proper coaching tho.

They've poor, but let's not underestimate our win against them. In 20 minutes against Wales Malcolm Marx has exerted more influence than he did in his entire time on the pitch against us. Ireland completely nullified him. SA the nudge in the set piece against Wales where they didn't get that against us.

Taking the 3 was the wrong option. SA have the power to drive over from a maul and the Welsh defence at lineout time can be dodgy.

Wales defense need to look at themselves for that one. Great speed by the winger to get onto that one in the end.

The speed of the wingers in SA amazes me. Surprising they've not done better in Olympic Sprinting. Tend to be gazelles with limited other skills but rapid in full flight. One guy on the Kings wing stands out in particular

Northampton don't have to release him as it's outside the international window. Faletau was released by Bath and now they might be fined for PRL for doing so.

Bath released him to play. Will be fined 60k most likely as rule is still same as few years ago
