FTTH Broadband Cable broken by Vehicle on 9th October 2017 - Help!

    The FTTH broadband cable to our home was broken by a Vehicle on 9th October 2017 -
    this occurred about 300m and 3 poles away from our house where the cable crossed the road.

    I logged a call on 9th oct, and in spite of 3 extensive follow up calls, on 17th October the incident was "Closed by the system" because it was " logged incorrectly" !!

    I managed to get another call logged on 19th with the "Public Faults Team"
    I rang again this morning and got passed from department to department then back to 1901, after 25 mins on hold I had to hang up.

    What do I have to do to get the cable fixed?
    Im two weeks without BB at this stage..........

    HELP!!!!!
