Screw piling

Hi. Looking for help. Am told that I may require screw piling for foundation of our house. Wasn't expecting that until JCB uncovered loose sub surface at build foot print. Foundation needs to be supported. Any idea of approx extra cost for this work? House is 2 story 2,500sq ft.
