    Can someone please confirm to me what % of interest (if any) is deductible from rental income on new BTL mortgages taken out from this date onwards.

    I know previously the rate was 75%, however I now believe this is 80%, but I'm not sure if this is for only existing or also new mortgages.

    It's 80% for 2017 increasing every year until 100% is allowable.
    This applies to new and existing mortgages.
