Turns out I've been doing it wrong since I started, I used to spit, but now, the proper way to do it is apparently to keep the toothpaste in your mouth at the end of brushing & not spit or rinse.

    The things you learn...

So you swallow toothpaste? Cum should be no problem to you so.

If you spit and see blood you are definitely doing it wrong ;)

    They don't mean that.

What's recommended is you spit out the mouthful but don't rinse. The left over toothpaste further cleans your teeth passively.

    Certainly don't swallow!

The pros spit it into someone else's mouth and let them swallow it. Seen it in a video one time.

It means more to the toothpaste when you swallow it so that's what I usually do.

    Spit or swallow what?

It's not a choice I've ever had to make.

With my feather fetish I'm more fond of fletching.
