Poor WIFI with orange light shown

    Hi we have the efibre package and usually get good speeds but for the last few days the WIFI light on the router is orange and a speedtest showed less than 10mb download speed.

    If you go onto http://support.eir.ie/bb/boostspeed you will find all the help and support on speeds & connection. It will guide you with a step-by-step process.

    If this doesn't change anything for you, call the Broadband Technical Support Team at 1890260260 where they will assist you with all this while on call
