Unlawful eviction

Asking on behalf of a friend.

My friend filed a case with the RTB over antisocial behaviour and security risk to tenents.
The outcome of the case was that the landlord give the antisocial tenents a warning letter and give my friend a new apartment at the back of the building away from the noise. (Landlord Didn’t give tenents warning letter, ignored everything told my RTB)

My friend was in the apartment for 7 weeks when the landlord gave him an eviction notice.
I’m nearly sure that is illegal as the new apartment was a part of the settlement of the case from the RTB.
The eviction is dated for the 11th of November.
Would anyone hav any advice on how this can be resolved as my friend has a chance of being homeless.
Anything would be really much appreciated!
