Is it legal to have a callsign from 2 countries?

    Yep. And many ops do. Generally you would need an address in the other country to apply for a license there.

    Just confirming yes too. I had a G and PA call when I moved to EI.

    Ive still an EI & OK callsign, all I needed was that multilingual HAREC certificate from EI to get the local one, and a residence id card. All formality and easy for sure. I guess its same in reverse if you came to EI ?

    Should be ok at your parents address. Just make sure you confirm the details with comreg every 5 years or the license will lapse.

    Yes.. COMREG can only issue a licence for a equipment/station located inside EI/EJ.
    The non-EI addresses in the callbook are the contact addresses.
