    Is it possible to request a paper printed bank statement from.BOI? Everything is online statement's now

    Hi Colash,

    Thanks for your post.

    You can choose to receive both postal and estatements if you wish. You can update these preferences when logged into 365 Online by going to Manage Accounts then Manage Statements and change your statement preferences. This will mean you will then receive both estatements and postal statements going forward.
    After you make this change, if you wish to request an up to date statement you can select the Service Desk and then Order a Statement (select up to date statement). Please let us know if we can help with any other query.
