Overnight in Galway City.

    I know it's been talked to death previously, but nothing in the last 12 months, from what I can see.

    Planning on an overnight in Galway, so that we can enjoy the Macnas parade without the hassle of trying to get back out of the city (spent and hour trying to get out of a car park one year).

    I take it the best bet is to park up in the Harbour, along the side road where the walkway to the boats runs? The Cathedral is another option, cheaper, but isolated.

    Can we expect any hassle from the powers that be?
