How to access old Electric Ireland bills?

    Hi Guys, I was with Electric Ireland from January 2014 to June 2016. Just wondering how to access my old bills? i.e For all of 2014 and 2015. From online account I could view the bills only from November 2015. Thanks!

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    It is not possible to view these online.

    If you need copies of any bills during this period, we are happy to send them to you.

    Please send us a private message with the following information:
    • Your name as it appears on your Electric Ireland account
    • Your Electric Ireland account number
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • The first line of your address
    • Confirmation that you are the account holder (Yes/No)
