Teacher Shortage?

I am just wondering regarding this teacher shortage that has been reported of late; 1) How real is this in the post-primary sector? 2) Why is this, is it because there aren’t enough qualifying in certain subjects? 3) What are the subjects they are projecting shortages in? All? Or is it European Languages, Irish, Home…

Well the government have to examine this surely because again people simply can't work part-time indefinintely and that has been happening for a long time, I'm sorry but it's true; I am not saying I have all the answers

No it's not the coalmines but reforms could be made here

There's a shortage because people have got sick of being messed around by schools /ETB. I make a point of letting young people know how bad it really is. I wish someone had done the same for me !
