    Jim Halpin - Shooting & Fishing shop in Listowel, Co. Kerry - closed the doors of the shop on Saturday morning last - retiring.

    Bought my first rifle and shotgun off jim. He never really recovered after the recession and haven’t seen a firearm in there in a long time bar what he had as museum peices. Sad to see him close the doors.

    Sad indeed.:(:(Jim stored two of my guns during the 2008 gun grab.Retrieved them both to find they had been cleaned to the point of passing a white glove parade inspection! For nowt,gratis and free...A gent and a source of knowledge on firearms too.
