I played my first game of 5 a side in over a year last monday, couldn't find my boots so played in old runners. I found myself to be extremely unfit and even though I gave 110%, I was pretty useless.

When my muscles started to feel ok, I went for a light run( less than 30mimutes, about 2.5k with a few walking brakes) on Thursday.

I didn't really notice anything wrong untill Saturday, when I was kneeling down to put on a wash and noticed my left knee felt very tight.

Google advised go to a doctor if there's some pain or it's warmer than the other knee, which it's not.

Just wondering if anyone has had a similar injury, or has advice about it?

    Cheers
