    Hi,

    Can anyone recommend a decent physio in the Limerick area for sports injuries? Preferably a specialist in dodgy knees gotten from too much cycling & hill walking.

    Would really recommend Optima Physiotherapy on Hartstonge Street http://www.optimaphysio.ie/ Best in limerick for sports injuries

    I honestly haven't a clue. I'm big into injury prevention so have never sustained any significant injury and have lots of friends and family who are phyiso's so have never paid for a session in my life! I know a lot of the athletes I would know in Limerick go to Optima s that's why I would recommend them.

    Maybe €90 for a session? I really don't know.

    i second that, Jamie is a wizard, i've lower back and neck problems, been pain free for 2.5 years thanks to Jamie
