The Elin / ekbard addendum should actually be back there though. it makes more sense that way.

Oh yeah, Fourier, do Bandy or Ekbard get any skill upgrades for levelling up?
Yes, but I'm going to give them a story reason. They'll come up shortly.

BTW folks, in case it's missed:

Othegre is still in the dungeon in Thurmonton.

Saeros is living out some Flash Gordon fantasy in elf space

    Fixed!
(Unless you're suggesting he's lying in that chair off his face on Elf.S.D.?)

Availability will be patchy over the weekend due to commitments. Apologies in advance.
Also - @Four : am I allowed have details of my new class (don't see it in either LL reference, and the only d&d 3.5 refs are "house rules" classes) or is finding out the strengths and limitations part of the fun? Also will it screw with your plans that there's no way in hell I'm sitting in a fancy chair to see if I get another "surprise"?

There'll be a short post here concerning it soon, but I'll have a bit of you figuring it out first.
That doesn't mess with my plans at all.

    lets increase what we have.

    Master Sword skill:
    Damage is 2d8+4
Your AC is lowered by 3 in fights with <= 3 opponents
You can deflect 2 attacks a turn
    +6 to hit

    Bed for me.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 13,404 ✭✭✭✭sKeith

i now have 'long sword 2d8+4'+6 correct

or 2d8+4 for long sword damage, but d20+6 when trying to hit. that probably makes more sense why you seperated them

Anyone having issues with logging in at the moment? Keep getting Cloudfare redirects and the app is completely down at the moment. App isn't great but I find it handier than touch site

Had the cloudfare thing first login to full site but fine since.

Four, are you trying to get me drunk or something? I'm a lady, and a princess, and a warrior. I can handle my ale, but need to look serene doing so :pac:

Congratulations Father. Is there anything t'be said for saying another mass?

Vergadain, I love saying Mass! Hope you can understand the Dwarven tongue though.

Think Latin, but 8 times more complicated :pac::pac::pac::pac:

I just realised I may not be able to wield a blade anymore. Or are there exceptions for dwarven clerics :P

Four will let you know what you can or can't do soon enough.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,558 ✭✭✭✭Fourier

You can currently take two Level 1 and one Level 2 Cleric Spells per day. Spells stated at the start of the day.

Vergadain prefers Creative spells, destructive spells can be used, but you may incur divine retribution, which can take many forms.

Unlike typical Clerics you cannot turn the undead.

A dwarven cleric may only use Axes and Warhammers in fights.

Ooh, Brassylegs finally gets his axe!

    Ok, I've decided.

    Level 1 Spells:

    Light

    Protection from Evil

    Level 2 Spell:

    Find Traps

    Good thing you asked.

According to Gazetteer #6 p.8, the one handed restriction is lifted. You can use two-handed. Divine empowerment of you into an example of the dwarven race makes this possible.

Sometimes I feel the same way, tigger. Maybe PM Four with the specific post(s) you need reaction to.

Or someone give the kid another biscuit!
