Ash is a bit naive, she's never been outside the dwarven caves.

Hey! Snap! Dwayne never left the desert cave before either!

I promise not to kill her on purpose, Necro. I'll let The Village do that....

Fourier, can you list the saving throws for my level/class when you get a chance.

I'd been working off the original ones so probably need to update.

Also on XP... Am i exactly on level 9 or what total have i gotten from desert/teleport to Dwarrowtown/Ursula cave/Judge battle? Just for my own notes.

    Thanks!

I'm off guys, sorry about that, quite busy today.

Also just so you know, there are three dungeons going on separately at the moment, all with their own rules, maps and events, so I'm going between three sets of notes hence expect a bit of a slow down.

I'll make a post about the weapons shortly.

Yes Neros is the Japan analog. It's not actually like Japan, I more went with a dishonoured/iron islands vibe, but it is where the classes come from. I might give them a different name in game, but mechanically they are lab lord's samurai and ninja class.
I meant to say, sKeith if you have another idea of what Neros is like please share. Certainly not too late to modify things.

I'm fine. It was just a name plucked out of the sky.

Tunnel? There's a tunnel? He let me build a home-make Hawkman Rocket Cycle and throw myself into country-sized cement mixer and there's a ****ING TUNNEL?????
If O hears about this she's going back up that tunnel and burning that ****ing town to the ground. :)

Just looked at my old notes from November:

"Judge confrontation ~March to have a chance"

    Ha!

Didn't count on Bandy's wishes and the helm.

Level up rewards first this evening.

    One post per person.

First Ekbard. Nothing unfortunately, but you will soon be Level 9 where you have a lot of new stuff, so I'm going to leave it here.

You may choose to "specialise" fighter into a Berserker, Charioteer or Chevalier.

Basically Berserker has improved to hit ability and increased resistance to any spells that dull the mind and immune to the effects of fear or related spells in a fight. Though every turn you have a chance to attack an ally from rage.

Charioteer basically can fight on a chariot which makes you much harder to hit and adds charging to your attack, which doubles damage.

Chevalier basically adds weaker versions of Clerical abilities.

You will also gain "smash attack". If you use a smash attack you go last in initiative order and have -5 to your "to hit", but all Damage has your strength ability score and your strength bonus added to it.

BandyLegs, any dwarven settlement will give you 1d6 dwarves that don't count toward your regular retainer limit.

You gain the "Conjure Elemental" spell. Summons an Elemental Being with 16d6 health formed from a nearby element (I choose), has special abilities related to element, but even two Fire Elementals can be slightly different.

A town has been founded in your name, will come up in story.

Goodie. Halfling Level 8, Ranger Level 7.

For Halfling an extra Skill point. Expect more at 9th.

For Ranger nothing. 8th level is where you get something new.

I'm pushing it out and adding the extra levels from the old Gazetteer magazines and the Rules Cyclopedia. With Level 9 Halfling and Level 8 Ranger you'll be a serious costumer, wait and see.

If Saturday evening suits folks (although we're in different directions now so mainly speaking to Tigger and Four I guess) we can have a proper session?

Edit : hmm was incorrect about my availability. Not to worry though since I'm in my own strand.

Will be drinking this evening. Won't stop me posting but please don't encourage me!

On the plus side I finally booked our flights to Italy for May today... 2 weeks in Lake Garda... exciting :D

    Hope you're enjoying yourself!

I’m having a great time. I had swordfish for dinner, went to a piano bar where I dropped the average age by 5 years, then to a hotel where a pro cycling team are staying to see if I could meet fall in love with and marry someone who would love me almost as much as they love the bike, or at least get some swag (I’m a cyclist BTW) No cyclists about, but they knew I was there, because they parked the truck just out of arms reach behind the car park gate.

Back Wednesday evening. Been good for me physically and mentally (I’ve walked 43 km in 3 days, and have been able to switch off and relax)
