Problem to confirm address changing

    Last week, I went through BOI website to change my address. I got a letter this week with a security code to confirm the changing. However, when I've tried to send the text message from my mobile phone (Lycamobile), following the letter instructions, I receive an error saying "Unable to send this message".

    What should I do to confirm the address changing?
