Gonna do that Race in donegal,to quote my Darkside hero Izaord "eh.how hard can it be". mon....rest tue..vvv easy cycle 18mile wed..cycle around country roads...22 miles thurs...easy 4 mile run and a twisted ankle fri...vvv easy 12 mile cycle arse is slowly comin round to.the idea of a saddle,will do a bit of paddlin next…
