I've to ask what is going on in his mind to come up with a notion that this is a good idea. Kim Jong Un will have his balls for breakfast. Seriously what does he think he can accomplish on the world stage.

This seems to me more like a session involving lots of alcohol and brainstorming where to go on holidays. I'm not sure what relevant skills minister for transport and two juniors for training and disabilities have.
