Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Tbf, Bakayoko has had 4 fouls since his card in the first half. Narratives are weird, not sure why the commentators haven't mentioned it.

Tell me about it. I remember Neville and Tyler arguing to anyone who'd listen at the time that Mane's red card for his challenge on Ederson wasn't a red card. Despite virtually every other pundit saying it was, and the subsequent Liverpool appeal being rejected. Commentators are a weird bunch. Most of them seem to favour one side or another.

The ref really doesn't like Morata.

I can't believe Chelsea sold Matic to United, can you?

Don't think he gets in the team ahead of Kante or Bakayoko if they are fit.

Though it goes against the grain, I'm still hoping for a utd equaliser here. I don't want either side getting full points.

Always got a chance with Felaini on the pitch.

I think they were mostly when Kante was injured.

He's a decent back up for him

  • That's some save by Chelsea keeper

Matic is better than decent backup. But you know that. Match threads, where honest conversation goes to die.

    Cahill cuddling Fellaini

Bakayoko has been mediocre for Chelsea so far. Matic has been good for United.

    Should have scored there.

Lukaku reminds me of Cavani. Can be almost amateur in possession at times but still end the season with a huge amount of goals.

Although I think Kante is better, I think that could be said everyday of the week.

Better player & influence than Bakayoko for me

    Morata with Lukaku-esque footwork there.

    No.

So you agree then he is a back up, and I'm assuming you agree he is decent.

Therefore he is a decent back up. ;)

Was hoping for a draw but the better team won easily in the end.

    No handshake between the managers?

Only one win in league since end of Sep for United .

Kante is better so I don't think it's that outlandish

You have been awful today mate. Must be out of practice.

Herrera is like a foundation level version of Roy Keane.

For a side that supposedly won the league in September, United’s League form is very strange indeed. Still hungover from all the celebrating?

The one at the start looked pretty icy. Gotta love a bit of managerial rivalry.

Deserved win for Chelsea. Fabregas Morata and Hazard were very good.

    Thank you!

Thought it was a fairly straightforward point tbh.

Brutal stuff from United the last few matches in the league

The great lukaku fails against a big team yet again

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,304 ✭✭✭✭Father Hernandez

Better team on the day won.

Apparently 'out of sorts', Chelsea turned up and played well.

Jose's tactics are awful to watch in action.

Pogba is a huge loss for United, different team since the start of the season

Mourihno was there to shake but Conte ran off celebrating.

Roles reversed and all that and Mourihno would be getting abuse for that

Only one win in league since end of Sep for United .

So in 4 games? With a draw and a win against 2 of the top 6?

    But yes it’s disaster central..

Handshake is generally a sign of respect. Why would Conte respect Mourinho after all the childish digs at him?

Typical negative Mourinhio away performance away to a top 6 team.

    Got what they deserved.
