Walking from Red Cow LUAS to Red Cow Hotel

Can anyone help me with directions for this? I get a bit nervous around bridges/busy roads and just want to check what the route is. I've tried following it on Google Maps but I keep ending up on busy roadways and can't see the pedestrian route. Thanks!

I can confirm Bedlam's route - i've walked it when going to a business meeting. You basically follow the track via a pedestrian path and then cross back over using a overpass. It can be a bit isolated so take care - particularly in the evening.
