    Hi,

    I'm looking at buying an apartment in Collins Square, D7. Does anybody have any experience of buying in this block? Our solicitor believes that there are some issues with the title of some of the lands that were bought to build this complex.

    Anybody have any insights?

    My best friend lives there. They just had to get title recently (his oh bought on her own years ago and wanted to add him now they have a child and she is not working) No issue with title. I just checkef on phone with him

    Oh they got a good deal on a second parking space by the way and rent it out. Pays half creche fees.
