EPDM Insulated Warm Roof

    Does anybody have any experience with having a warm flat roof with EPDM rubber?
    - What were the costs.
    - How has it worked out.
    - How long ago was it done.


    It still does not seem as common practice in Ireland as compared with the UK. But it very much depends on getting roofer who knows how to install it properly. Which is why I would very much appreciate PMs for installers you have made a good experience with.
