Independent Financial Advice - Mortgage

    Hi All, Anyone got a recommendation as to where to go for independent financial advice in relation to mortgages?

    We believe we've been affected by the tracker scandal and our lender is beyond useless in any correspondence we've had with them. If you're on the phone with them it's all about them ending the call as soon as possible whilst being as vague as they can be. Very frustrated at this point, all we're looking for is to ensure the case is reviewed.

    Anyone out there in a similar scenario?
