Go back and read the thread from the start, someone asked if any of the bdo lads stood a chance, I gave my opinion on each of the bdo lads, then another poster disagreed with me, saying none of them had a chance and that they don't average 100+ consistently. At the end of the day that's what makes this tournament great, can the BDO boys do good. Not turning it into a debate on codes atall. You don't have to get all agressive mate it's an internet forum.

Fairly boring evening session, nearly all 5-1. Really Suprised with Danny noppert, looks a completley different player than he was the last 2 years.

I think they said on the commentary that noppert hadn’t played a tournament since June

Yeah he's the real deal, and Menzies too. Can't wait to see them on the PDC comps next year.

As mardle said last night, most of the crowd don't understand dartitess.you can see why they get impatient, not knowing what's going on

You'd swear he was diagnosed with cancer with the reaction to it on Twitter. "Oh I've tears in my eyes watching this" ffs he's getting well payed and is up there by choice. Do feel for him though, id say he's a cracking player when it's going well

Really good darts from Steve Lennon. Jamie Hughes was shíte it has to be said but Lennon deserved the 5-0 result. Scored well. set up well and finished well.

Will be seeing plenty of them in finals over next few years id say
Cross has to be a certainty for premier league now doesn't he?

A good run by Cross in the World's and he's nailed on for Premier League.

Couple of straight shootout games tonight - Wright/Norris & Menzies/Van Peer. Anyone can still go through from Groups F & G

Anyone catch Taylor's post game interview yesterday? Such a strange man.

Van Peer beats Menzies to go through in a bonkers match. Menzies missed 7 for the match

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,625 ✭✭✭ThebitterLemon

How much did Van Peers yips affect Menzies

    TbL

  • Registered Users Posts: 13,563 ✭✭✭✭peteeeed

I'd hate to be the one playing Van Peers next. Emotional nightmare!

That last game was tense. Suljovic could of went out, playoff between himself and Smith, playoff between Smith and Wilson. In the end Suljovic and Smith go through
