    Im sure Cross has been winning plenty of floor tournaments the past couple of years,all the PDC players know exactly how good he is.
    Just this year hes transferred all the good form to the TV tournaments.

    I was sure I heard he was lighting up floor tourneys but couldnt do on the big stage,until now!!
    Maybe he was on the challenge tour last year and on the pro tour this year?

    He's had a few close encounters with MVG of late too, you'd expect Van G to find an extra gear if they do meet in the semi but he'll need to be close to his best.

    Yes that’s what he was on last year.

    In fairness he didn’t have any wait to transfer form. He was instantly good on the floor and the tv.

    He’s getting better and better and has plenty of room to improve as well. That’s the scary part.

    Really see what Gurney is made of now.

    Hendo playing much better than I expected him to. Not sure he can keep it up over 6-7 sets though.

    Nah I'd doubt it, no other player from Ireland, he would get a pick on that alone and while he does come ascross as somewhat of a prat he is good TV.

    He is back in control here anyway sp i think it will be accademic, a bit of scare like this could be a very good thing for Gurney down the line. He does have a tendancey to switch off and is prone to the odd brain fart, but this might wake him a bit.

    Hendo a decent player but you can see him visibly wilt as match goes on. I know darts is not an endurance event but being healthy should be of benefit on the oche.

    I spoke too soon, Gurney completely threw in the towel there and his body language was awful.
