He still averaged 100.06 while looking poor enough by his standards.

He gave it large the whole leg and then thought about the doubles way too much. MVG can't afford to play like that against Barney.

looking back at past MVG world championship results i was amazed at this terrible record he had early in his career. he lost in many first/second round games against the likes of James Wade and Mensur Sulijovic, although he lost to Phil Taylor who was in his prime

Taylor was useless that year for some reason - it was the year Mardle beat him.

He was woefully inconsistent when he first joined the PDC (MVG), I never thought - given his style - he could ever be so dominant

Don't think there's anything wrong with prices action, he's scoring was unbelievable last night. It was all mental after he missed those 3 at tops the head went.
