Some will argue "easy when you're winning" and that's a fair point too, but the genuine hatred towards Taylor makes me laugh. So what if he's not a nice guy some/most of the time? I don't hate Taylor, I even grudgingly admire his mind games and borderline unsportsmanlike behaviour, he just comes across as a horrible horrible human being.

The way MVG is playing, Taylor will really put it up to him tomorrow (provided he doesn't get nailed on a Cross)

Cross is clutch when he has to be. Van Gerwen has barely turned up. Can't hit the T20 for his life. Funny old game. If Van Gerwen keeps peetering away it could go down to the wire.

Cross is a great player

Really hope he isn't a one year wonder, but he really has the look of a player who will compete for a long time yet

A lot of the younger players coming through in recent years are a bit erratic, but he's a really consistent and reliable thrower

Do any of the guys that learn the game on the electronic boards ever do well playing on this surface? Qpr were brilliant on their own patch years ago but crap away from home. Or is it down to doing the arithmetic?. What's the rule? Are u allowed ask what's left or what did I score?

MVG is in trouble here, Lewis should have beaten Taylor, doesnt look like Cross would make the same mistakes if he got through

I'm seeing a lot of 'MVG is playing badly'.

Nope.

He's just not the unplayable 108-110 average MVG.

He's also playing someone who is consistently throwing in and around 15 dart legs. If you do that, you always have a chance because a leg will rarely be straight forward with your opponent miles away.

I still think MVG wins 6-4 by the way.
