    My son has an EIR sim card in his phone but the free "call me" sms service to 50001 is not working.
    Every text he sends to this service fails to send.
    Please advise.

    Sorry to hear this. Is he getting an error message when he's sending these texts?

    Yes, error message is "Failed SMS"

    Note: He also has €4.88 credit.

    I'm sorry to hear this. 

    The best people to contact is our mobile team online here or alternatively, you can call them on 1901. They'll troubleshoot with you to identify the issue.
