A new timer switch / programmer for my setup

So my current setup is as follows

(Gravity system with water tanks at the attic and hot water cylinder in the hot press)
    Boiler: Vokera Mynute 24m
    Timer: APT IMM24
    2 x Thormostast (upstairs + downstairs) + 2 x valves
    1 x Cylinder Thermostat + valve

I can see 3 cables going to the timer - power (blue + brown), boiler (blue + brown) and Thermostats/vales (blue + brown).
I guess both HW and CH are combine into 1 channel (am I right?)

As the timer is a typical immersion heater time switch the boiler can only be controlled by the timer - regardless any of the thermostats.
So it goes on at certain time even if there is no need for HW or CH.

What I want to achieve is the bolier goes on only if the timer is on *and* any of the theromstats/valves calls for heat.

Could you please advise what programmer I should get for my setup and how I should wire it?
