    I completed an account closure form last week, but I haven't received any communication from the Bank, and I am still able to log into my account online. How long does it take to close my account, and will I receive any notification on it?

    Sorry to hear that you wish to close your account with us. Yes you will receive notification on your account closure request once it is processed. This can take at least ten working days and we will contact you by text or by post about the closure. If there's anything else we can help you with please let us know.
