where is my top up

    i switched from three prepay yesterday i topped up €20 this morning and never got the switching deal so i needed to text so i selected another deal as it was 6.30am i had to use the phone but it kept telling me i hadnt enough credit i called customer support at 10am they sorted out the switching deal but my €20 seems to be gone i still cannot text any number
