How can BOI justify not having tellers in the bank?

    Bank of Ireland Ballincollig branch:

    - Has no tellers
    - No coin lodging facility
    - No cheque cashing facilty
    - No Bureau de Change

    Is it some kind of experiment?

    Please be advised that our Ballincollig branch has self service and advice facilities. You can lodge cash or a cheque to your account at a lodgement ATM in branch. If you need to lodge coins or collect foreign exchange please go to one of our other branches with counter facilities such as Douglas or CIT.
