Cannot top-up via 1741 or 50103

    When I dial 1741 I get a no service tone.
    When I try send pin via text to 50103 the message fails to deliver.
    I am receiving calls an text mesages
    The phone was out of service until yesterday when the bar was taken off for not topping up every 90/180 days?

    Its not a phone issue, I tried a different sim. I have also rebooted the phone.
