Haven't read this yet but do subscribe to the theory of stepping up but it is quite natural to be stepping up naturally with age etc. No need to be looking too far ahead or you won't ever succeed at where you are now.

Not a huge surprise when you consider Coe and Overtt were quite fast over 1 lap....circa 46/47 seconds...

Plus, this lad hardly moved up after a successful 400 career.
