How often do you need to get a lease signed

Hi I let house to a family in 2013, they signed a 1 year lease, do I need to get them to sign a lease every year. Thanks

No once is enough. You do need to now reregister the tenancy with the RTB as the first Part IV tenancy has ended (4 years). From January of this year Part IV are now for a period of 6 years.
